Food tours & cooking in Nicaragua

Food here is a tour, a class, or a farm visit, not a restaurant ranking. Granada is the stronger town for chocolate and a walk between kitchens. The coast adds fish, ceviche, and the occasional cooking morning at a lodge. Coffee country is mostly north of both launch regions; a couple of operators still run farm days from Granada.
