Weight limits and closed-toe shoes are normal. If you want a full hike as well, look at Volcanoes and hiking and ask whether the zip line is the same operator.
Canopy from the coast usually means a long drive to a forest site, sometimes all the way to Mombacho. Ask the road time before you give up a beach day.
